Explain the action(s) you must take if unsafe practices have been identified If I have noticed unsafe practices going on I would report this straight to my manager. If the practices I witnessed in that situation were particularly dangerous I would do what I could to stop it straight away. 11. In this situation I would re report it, and go report higher if I needed to. 12.
